What you'll do
- Lead preparation for all financial reporting (IFRS and non IFRS)
- Lead the budget and forecast process
- Identify and evaluate business opportunities for decision making
- Control and monitor KPIs and propose corrective actions for cost reductions and profitability
- Control actual Balance Sheet figures versus previous year and budget
- Prepare, analyze, and calculate costing and invoicing for logistics services
- Create and monitor employee productivity reports and suggest corrective actions
- Perform SAP PI/PO tasks
- Perform feasibility studies for new investments and follow up their performance
Key requirements
- Financial reporting (IFRS and non IFRS) and budget and forecast process
- KPI monitoring and control with costing and invoicing logistics services
- SAP PI/PO and Microsoft BPC knowledge
- Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) proficiency
- Financial analysis, critical thinking, planning, organizing, and priority setting
- Communication, interpersonal skills, teamwork, and Greek and English language proficiency

About the job
The position reports to the Business Navigation Manager and the ideal candidate will be mainly responsible and accountable for:
•Leading the preparation for all the financial reporting (IFRS/ non IFRS)
•Leading the budget/forecast process
•Identifying and evaluating business opportunities to make optimum decisions, controlling and monitoring KPIs and proposing corrective actions in cost reductions & profitability targets
•Controlling actual Balance Sheet figures versus PY and Budget
•Preparing, analyzing and calculating the costing and invoicing logistics services to customers
•Creating & monitoring employees’ productivity reports, calculating productivity achievement & suggesting corrective actions
•Performing SAP PI/PO
•Performing feasibility studies for new investments and following up their performance
Qualifications & Competencies required:
•Bachelor's Degree, preferably in Finance
•Up to 5 years of experience in an organized Finance/ Logistics or Reporting department
•Strong knowledge of Ms Office (Excel, Word)
•Knowledge of Microsoft BPC & SAP
•Excellent command of the Greek and English language, both written and verbal
•Drive for results
•Business sense
•Good planning, organizing and priority setting skills
•Ability to work under pressure, in strict deadlines
•Analytical thinking, problem solving & critical thinking skills
•Good communication and interpersonal skills
•Teamwork
Qualifications considered as an asset:
•Postgraduate degree in Management / Finance / Logistics
