assistant accountant
About the job
Being a member of our Group’s Accounting department, you will be responsible and accountable for:
Preparing and recording in SAP [module Financial (FI)] all the necessary accounting entries and associated reconciliations
Communicating (internally and externally) with all related parties for accounting issues related to sales and purchases
Cooperating with the external (statutory, tax, etc.) and internal auditors when needed and supporting the audits
Qualifications & Competencies required:
Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting or Business Administration
Excellent command of the Greek and English language, both written and verbal
Strong customer focus
Good planning, organizing and priority setting skills
Analytical thinking, problem solving & critical thinking skills
Drive for results
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Teamwork
Business sense
Qualifications considered as an asset:
Postgraduate degree in Finance, Accounting or Business Administration
