What you'll do
- Monitor the proper operation of mechanical production and packaging equipment.
- Apply the preventive maintenance plan and complete required maintenance forms.
- Restore machines after breakdowns and review actions to prevent fault recurrence.
- Implement proposals to improve machine operation and product quality.
- Complete required CAPA actions on schedule.
- Monitor spare parts inventory and report procurement needs.
- Manage equipment technical manuals.
- Complete corrective and preventive actions with supervisors and the Department Director.
- Report unsafe equipment or workplace conditions immediately.
Key requirements
- 2+ years' experience
- Mechanical equipment operation and machine operation improvement
- Preventive maintenance and corrective maintenance
- Equipment troubleshooting and repair; alternative problem-solving plans
- Mechanical drawings and electrical drawings
- CAPA actions, spare parts inventory management, and technical manual management
- Computer literacy, English language, and Health and Safety compliance
- Mechanical Engineering / Electrical Engineering / Automation Engineering / Related Technical Fieldpreferred
