What you'll do
- Operate packaging machines efficiently, including blister, cartoner and bundling machines
- Troubleshoot machine faults, perform adjustments and conduct root cause analysis
- Participate in preventive maintenance of packaging equipment
- Take initiative in improvement activities
- Participate in designing new components to improve the production process
- Adjust and replace packaging machine components according to departmental schedules
Key requirements
- 3+ years' experience
- Packaging machine maintenance and operation
- Troubleshooting, machine adjustments and root cause analysis
- Preventive maintenance and knowledge of complex mechanisms
- Improvement initiatives and component design
- Component replacement
- Basic computer skills and basic English language skills
- Mechanical Engineering
