ERP Consultant (Inhouse)
Brief Description
We are seeking a technical enthusiast to join our team of specialists in providing internal support to all users.
Core Responsibilities
- Provide support to stores and users
- Diagnose and troubleshoot software issues, providing effective solutions to users
- Advice and train users on software use
- Provide users feedback to internal team to drive product enhancements and improvements
- Implement Entersoft erp software according to business requirements
- Awareness and implementation of commercial suites
Requirements / Attributes
- Degree (University or Higher Education) in the field of Applied Informatics, Informatics or/and Finance
- Knowledge of Entersoft Business Suite
- Knowledge of SQL programming
- Knowledge of programming principles
- At least 3 years of relevant experience
- Sound knowledge of the English language in both verbal and written form
- Driving license for either car or/and motorcycle
- Ability to travel
- Analytical and critical thinking
- Ability to resolve problems
- Team spirit
