What you'll do
- Assist guests with overnight requests and provide stay information
- Greet guests, complete check-in and check-out, and escort them to rooms when needed
- Use Front Desk systems, including PMS, WebHotelier and Booking channels
- Answer incoming calls and provide information in person, by phone and email
- Verify payment methods and post guest charges accurately
- Complete incident, daily activity and other requested management reports
- Process invoices and maintain accurate financial records
- Respond to guest complaints, requests and emergencies
- Reconcile and investigate out-of-balance accounts
- Schedule wake-up calls and reservations for the following day
- Balance the cash drawer and log receipts
- Maintain an orderly Front Desk and Reception area
Key requirements
- Night auditing and Front Desk systems
- PMS, WebHotelier and Booking channels
- Account reconciliation, Bookkeeping, Invoice processing and Cash handling
- Guest check-in and check-out
- Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word
- Customer service and English language
