What you'll do
- Clean guest areas and back-of-house spaces
- Provide professional, friendly, and engaging guest service
- Prepare rooms in top condition for new and existing guests
- Check that cleaning equipment is in good working condition
- Follow housekeeping departmental standards and procedures
- Respond promptly to guests’ special requests for miscellaneous items
- Maintain inventory of necessary supplies
- Report maintenance issues
- Follow safety and sanitation policies
- Perform additional duties as needed
