What you'll do
- Keep the kitchen, washing area, floors, and storage shelves clean and organized
- Wash, sort, stack, and store utensils, cookware, storage containers, and other equipment
- Maintain trash cans and remove full trash cans and boxes at the end of each shift
- Follow the daily cookware cleaning duties
- Assist with food preparation and other duties requested by the Chef

- Sanitation procedures, dishwashing, and kitchen cleaning
- Cookware handling and storage
