What you'll do
- Deliver food orders from the kitchen to guests’ tables accurately and quickly
- Communicate food orders, priorities, and special requests to the Chef
- Assist wait staff with table setting and placing tableware, utensils, and napkins
- Serve food according to safety standards, including proper temperature
- Check on customers, take additional orders, and refill water as needed
- Remove dirty dishes and utensils
- Answer guests’ questions about menu items and ingredients

- Food order delivery and food order communication
- Customer service and English language
- Table setting and dish clearing
- Menu and ingredient knowledge and order taking
- Food safety standards
- Multitasking, carrying heavy trays, and fast-paced work
