What you'll do
- Greet and interact with customers
- Demonstrate merchandise and suggest options suited to customer needs
- Assist customers with purchase decisions
- Process payments using the point-of-sale system
- Provide excellent sales service and support customer satisfaction
- Assess customer needs and explain product features, services, and alternatives
- Use product knowledge to drive sales
- Maintain store condition and visual merchandising standards
- Represent the brand inside and outside the store
- Perform other assigned duties
Key requirements
- Sales and customer service, retail sales, and fashion retail
- Product knowledge, customer needs assessment, and purchase decision assistance
- Verbal communication and active listening
- Point-of-sale system operation and payment processing
- English language proficiency and additional language proficiency
- Visual merchandising, merchandise demonstration, and brand representation
