What you'll do
- Maintain kitchen cleanliness and wash and sort cooking utensils
- Keep the dishwashing area clean and organized
- Keep floors clean and dry throughout the shift
- Manage waste bins and remove all waste at the end of each shift
- Keep storage areas clean and organize storage shelves
- Complete daily cleaning duties
- Assist with food preparation and support the Chef with other duties when needed

- Storage area organization and floor cleanliness and safety
- Food preparation and daily cleaning duties
- Working in a fast-paced environment, working under pressure, and physical fitness and stamina
