What you'll do
- Greet guests and provide drink menus
- Answer questions about ingredients and explain menu items
- Take orders accurately, including coffee, dairy and sugar preferences
- Prepare signature cocktails according to recipes
- Prepare breakfast coffee and juice
- Serve beverages
- Process cash and card payments
- Keep the bar area clean
- Maintain stocks of clean mugs and plates
- Check brewing equipment and report maintenance needs
- Follow health and safety regulations
- Communicate guest feedback to managers
