What you'll do
- Prepare and deliver theoretical and practical training courses at the academy and external locations
- Develop training content, explain manuals, prepare questionnaires, and create customer-focused materials
- Continuously improve training materials and teaching based on customer feedback
- Support the academy’s daily operations
- Prepare and maintain electronic equipment, hand tools, safety gear, manuals, and classrooms
- Troubleshoot customers’ technical questions
- Ensure participant safety and academy premises security
Key requirements
- Mechanical engineering and Marine technology
- Main engine operation and maintenance, Marine engine performance, and Electronic systems
- Technical training delivery, Didactics, and Training material development
- Technical troubleshooting and Safety equipment management
- Hardware and equipment maintenance
- English language, MS Office, IT skills, and Shipping industry
- Mechanical Engineering / Marine Engineering and Technology / Any Fieldpreferred
