What you'll do
- Prepare service quotations and order confirmations
- Coordinate and schedule service engineers for field assignments
- Arrange travel, accommodation, and logistical requirements
- Monitor ongoing jobs and ensure timely execution
- Act as main communication link between customers, engineers, suppliers, and internal departments
- Maintain service documentation and job records
- Support final invoicing and job closing activities
- Monitor departmental KPIs and prepare operational reports
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and customer satisfaction
