2-stroke field service engineer

What you'll do
- Assist marine customers by attending vessels as a specialist in Everllence 2-stroke engines and equipment
- Provide remote troubleshooting support to customers
- Execute mechanical works on Everllence 2-stroke engines in workshop, onboard vessels, or at customer sites
- Perform service tasks on new installations, maintenance, and repairs
- Report and document work performed
- Troubleshoot engine issues or failures
- Plan, organize, prepare, and coordinate site works with Everllence staff, customers, and contractors
- Respond first to emergency situations from clients
- Maintain professional communication and strong business relationships with customers
Key requirements
- Mechanical experience on Marine or Stationary 2-stroke engines
- Product knowledge of Everllence 2-stroke engines and equipment
- Reading technical documents, instructions, sketches, and cross-sectional drawings
- Technical knowledge of electronic and pneumatic systems
- Electronics and electrician skills
- Reporting skills
- Troubleshooting attitude and advanced analytical thinking
- Independent work, punctuality, hands-on mentality, and stress management
- Basic computer skills
- Fluency in English
- Mechanical Engineering / Marine Engineering / Naval Architecture / Electronic Engineeringpreferred
