Euromedica Group manages one of the largest Primary and Secondary healthcare networks in Greece. The Group provides its services through an extensive network, consisting of diagnostic centers, general clinics as well as rehabilitation center and assisted reproduction unit in major Greek cities. We are currently seeking to employ an experienced HR Administrator to join our team.
The role is based in Athens & the position reports to the Compensation & Payroll Manager (maternity cover, fixed-term contract).
Responsibilities:
- Coordinating all HR work and activities related to employee’s benefits (company car fleet, company phones, etc.)
- Prepare HR documentation (employment contracts, hiring docs etc.)
- Update employee records with new hire information and/or changes in employment status
- Participating in payroll process, by gathering information regarding hiring/exiting and changes in employee’s payroll such as sick leaves, overtime, working schedules etc.
- Assisting with all internal and external HR related inquiries or requests
Requirements:
The Ideal candidate would possess:
- 1-2 years of experience in similar functions (People Operations, Payroll, HR Administration)
- BSc/BA in Business Administration, Accounting, HR Management or in relevant fields
- Hands on experience in using MS Office, databases, HRIS systems and Ergani II
- Knowledge of human resources operations and best practices, compensation & benefits understanding would be preferred
- Exposure to effective HR administration, Labor Law, employment regulations and payroll practices
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Solid organizational and time management skills, punctuality and attention to detail
