product development specialist

Eurolife FFH is looking for a Product Development Specialist to strengthen our insurance product development team. The ideal candidate should have experience in the insurance sector, a strong understanding of insurance products, and project management skills. This role involves designing, implementing, and improving insurance products to meet market needs and regulatory requirements.

Role responsibilities

• Develop and manage new and existing insurance products.
• Conduct market and competitor analysis to enhance insurance solutions.
• Collaborate with Underwriting & Claims teams to shape product structures and policies.
• Lead and coordinate projects from concept to implementation.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
• Support communication of product offerings to sales networks and partners.

Knowledge, Skills & Experience

• Degree in Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in Product Development, Underwriting, or Claims within the insurance sector.
• Strong knowledge of insurance products, processes, and regulations.
• Project management skills; PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile methodologies are a plus.
• Analytical mindset with problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication, organization, and stakeholder coordination skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office & Project Management tools.
• Fluent in English.
