We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Employee Benefits Officer to join our team, with strong market knowledge and desire to excel in a challenging and fast-paced environment.

Role Responsibilities

• Manage incoming calls and emails, providing guidance on group health policies and pension plans.
• Assist with claims processing and ensure successful handling of compensation claims.
• Serve as the main contact for policyholders, addressing inquiries related to employee benefits.
• Maintain relationships with carriers and vendors, negotiating competitive rates and ensuring service quality.
• Analyze client needs, design suitable health plans, and research the insurance market.
• Ensure confidentiality of sensitive employee data and compliance with privacy regulations.
• Conduct final reviews and data entry for insurance documents.

Knowledge, Skills & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, or related field
• 5+ years’ experience in a similar position
• Advanced knowledge of MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and comfortable learning new technical systems as needed
• Excellent communication skills, interpersonal skills, ethics, and cultural awareness
• Analytical thinking and strong organizational skills
• Result orientation and self-initiative with proven ability to achieve goals under pressure within strict time limits & quality standards
• Motivation for continuous improvement and development
• Strong detail-orientation and resourceful mindset
