As a Business Partner Officer in Εurolife Experience Center, you will be responsible to:
Manage and process Partner’s requests
Manage the incoming Calls
Identify Partner’s needs, clarify information and provide solutions
Provide a high standard of Partner’s service
Knowledge, Skills & Experience:
BS degree in Business Administration, Economics, Insurance or related field
5-7 years work experience
Self-motivated individual with ability to undertake initiatives, prioritize appropriately and embrace challenges
Excellent Verbal and Written Communication skills
Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types
Flexibility and adaptability in performing additional tasks where needed
Fast thinker
Attention to detail
Proficiency in MS Office software
