technical manager – electric vehicle industry

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Technical Manager to lead and oversee all technical aspects of our EV operations. The ideal candidate will bring a deep understanding of electrical engineering, charging infrastructure, and e-mobility solutions, driving innovation and ensuring technical excellence across our products and services. This role requires a proactive, solution-oriented leader capable of managing technical projects, teams, and processes while aligning with the company’s strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities

•Technical Leadership: Lead and manage the technical team in the design, development, and deployment of EV charging solutions, ensuring compliance with industry standards and best practices.

•Project Management: Oversee the planning and execution of technical projects, ensuring timely delivery, cost efficiency, and alignment with strategic goals.

•Product Development: Collaborate with R&D and engineering teams to drive innovation in EV charging technology, optimizing performance, scalability, and sustainability.

•Regulatory Compliance: Ensure adherence to national and international regulatory frameworks and certifications for EV infrastructure and components.

•Quality Assurance: Develop and implement quality control procedures to maintain high standards in product performance, reliability, and customer satisfaction.

•Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with internal departments (Operations, Sales, Marketing) and external stakeholders (suppliers, regulatory bodies) to support business objectives.

•Technical Support & Troubleshooting: Provide high-level technical guidance and support to both internal teams and clients, addressing complex technical challenges and ensuring seamless operations.

•Training & Knowledge Sharing: Establish technical training programs for staff to ensure continuous professional development and awareness of emerging industry trends.

•Sustainability & Innovation: Drive initiatives to enhance energy efficiency and promote environmentally friendly solutions in line with the Group’s sustainability goals.

Qualifications & Skills

•Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.

•Proven experience in a technical leadership role within the electric vehicle, renewable energy, or related industries.

•Strong understanding of EV charging technologies, power electronics, and energy management systems.

•Experience with industry standards
