The AI & Automation Engineer will scale AI-driven automation across EUNICE’s enterprise. This role goes beyond pilots and prototypes—building robust automation frameworks that enhance HR, finance, operations, and compliance processes. Drawing from leading US best practices, the role integrates AI copilots, orchestrators, and automation layers into daily workflows, enabling efficiency, accuracy, and digital transformation at scale.
Key Responsibilities
Automation Design
Develop enterprise-wide automation solutions using modern AI frameworks and tools.
Integrate AI copilots into HR, finance, compliance, and operational workflows.
Ensure automation frameworks are scalable, secure, and maintainable.
Implementation & Scaling
Transition automation pilots and proofs-of-concept into full production systems.
Automate manual-heavy, repetitive processes to increase operational efficiency.
Deploy monitoring, troubleshooting, and optimization mechanisms for automation systems.
Collaboration & Enablement
Work closely with application architects to ensure seamless integration across platforms and systems.
Collaborate with HR, finance, and operations teams to map automation opportunities and assess business impact.
Provide training, documentation, and knowledge transfer to ensure organization-wide adoption.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in automation engineering or AI systems.
Knowledge of AI automation frameworks (e.g., UiPath, Automation Anywhere, LangChain, OpenAI APIs).
Experience with systems integration, including APIs, RPA, and workflow orchestration.
Strong understanding of enterprise security, governance, and compliance in automation environments.
Key Competencies
