What you'll do
- Manage and respond to requests related to the use of Epsilon Net applications for accounting offices and company accounting departments
- Serve customer requests via phone, livechat, and social media tools
- Ensure excellent customer service and training for clients
- Collaborate with team members to maintain high quality service and a supportive work environment
Key requirements
- 2+ years' experience
- Knowledge of accounting and income tax
- Proficiency in MS Office tools
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Customer service skills using livechat and social media tools
- Teamwork and critical thinking abilities
- Accountingpreferred
