What you'll do
- Record, monitor and reconcile payments to suppliers and collections from customers
- Collect, check and record expense documents in the ERP, aligned with myDATA data
- Monitor and reconcile bank accounts and supplier and creditor payables
- Monitor customer balances and collections according to the company’s Credit Control policy
- Check and reconcile account balances and accounting trial balances with ERP data for expenses, revenue and inventory
- Prepare and provide accounting data and reports, including trial balances, detailed journals and other financial information
- Support the preparation and monitoring of the company’s Budget and Cash Flow
- Support the preparation and monitoring of intercompany transactions and reconciliations
- Support the preparation of financial statements under Greek and International Accounting Standards
Key requirements
- 3+ years' experience
- Accounting; Greek Accounting Standards (GAS); International Accounting Standards (IAS)
- Accounting and Commercial ERP Software; Pylon; myDATA
- MS Office; Excel
- Account Reconciliation; Payment and Collections Monitoring; Credit Control
- Budgeting and Cash Flow; Intercompany Transactions
- Financial Statements; Financial Reporting
- Accounting / Finance / Any Field
