What you'll do
- Implement AI Agents and Multi Agent systems
- Integrate Large Language Models (LLMs) into business applications
- Develop AI services based on OpenAI, Anthropic Claude, Gemini or similar platforms
- Build Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines
- Develop REST APIs and AI services connected to Oracle Database and Oracle APEX applications
- Create AI Assistants for HR, Payroll and Time Attendance
- Establish secure and controlled access mechanisms for AI Agents to business data
- Implement Natural Language Query (NL2SQL) interfaces
- Contribute to knowledge transfer within the internal development team
Key requirements
- 5+ years' experience
- Software Engineering and Software Development skills
- Experience with Generative AI and Large Language Models (LLMs)
- Proficient in SQL and PL/SQL with relational databases
- Knowledge of .Net/C#, TypeScript/Node.js or Python programming
- Development of REST APIs and modern backend services
- Experience with OpenAI, Anthropic Claude, Google Gemini APIs or similar AI platforms
- Skills in Prompt Engineering, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), Vector Search
- Familiarity with AI Agents and Agentic Workflows
- Computer Sciencepreferred

Η Epsilon Net Α.Ε., o μεγαλύτερος Όμιλος Business Software στην Ελλάδα, αναζητά για τη στελέχωση του τμήματος Ανάπτυξης Λογισμικού Μισθοδοσίας, Ωρομέτρησης και HR, έναν Senior AI Engineer για να συμμετάσχει στην ανάπτυξη AI Agents για τα προϊόντα της.
Ο κατάλληλος υποψήφιος θα συμμετάσχει στον σχεδιασμό και την ανάπτυξη AI λύσεων που θα ενσωματωθούν στα προϊόντα της εταιρίας, με στόχο την αυτοματοποίηση, την ανάλυση δεδομένων και την παροχή έξυπνων βοηθών για χρήστες HR, Payroll και Διοίκησης.
Θα συνεργάζεται στενά με Business Analysts, Oracle Developers και AI Architects για τη δημιουργία σύγχρονων AI εφαρμογών και Agentic Systems.
Αρμοδιότητες:
Υλοποίηση AI Agents και Multi Agent συστημάτων.
Ενσωμάτωση Large Language Models (LLMs) σε επιχειρησιακές εφαρμογές.
Ανάπτυξη υπηρεσιών AI βασισμένων σε OpenAI, Anthropic Claude, Gemini ή αντίστοιχες πλατφόρμες.
Υλοποίηση RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) pipelines
Ανάπτυξη REST APIs και AI υπηρεσιών που θα διασυνδέονται με Oracle Database και Oracle APEX εφαρμογές.
Ανάπτυξη AI Assistants για HR, Payroll και Time Attendance
Δημιουργία μηχανισμών πρόσβασης των AI Agents σε επιχειρησιακά δεδομένα με ασφαλή και ελεγχόμενο τρόπο
Υλοποίηση Natural Language Query (NL2SQL) interfaces
Συμβολή στη μεταφορά τεχνογνωσίας προς την εσωτερική ομάδα ανάπτυξης.
Απαραίτητα Προσόντα:
5+ χρόνια εμπειρίας σε Software Engineering και Ανάπτυξη Λογισμικού
Τουλάχιστον 2 χρόνια εμπειρίας σε έργα Generative AI ή LLMs
Πολύ καλή γνώση SQL, PL/SQL και σχεσιακών βάσεων δεδομένων
Πολύ καλή γνώση .Net/C#, TypeScript/Node.js ή Python
Εμπειρία στην ανάπτυξη REST APIs και σύγχρονων backend υπηρεσιών
Εμπειρία σε έργα που χρησιμοποιούν:
OpenAI APIs
Anthropic Claude APIs
Google Gemini APIs
ή αντίστοιχες AI πλατφόρμες
Πολύ καλή γνώση:
Prompt Engineering
