Αρμοδιότητες:
Ανάπτυξη πελατολογίου μέσω τηλεφωνικών επικοινωνιών σε επιχειρήσεις του κλάδου hospitality (ξενοδοχεία, τουριστικά καταλύματα, εστιατόρια κ.λπ.)
Ενημέρωση και παρουσίαση των προϊόντων/υπηρεσιών της εταιρείας
Καταγραφή και διαχείριση leads σε CRM
Υποστήριξη της ομάδας πωλήσεων σε θέματα back office (προσφορές, παραγγελίες, κ.ά.)
Απαραίτητα Προσόντα:
Προϋπηρεσία σε τηλεφωνικές πωλήσεις
Επικοινωνιακές δεξιότητες, επαγγελματισμός και οργανωτική ικανότητα
Καλή γνώση Η/Υ και εξοικείωση με CRM ή άλλα συστήματα διαχείρισης
Καλή γνώση αγγλικών
Επιθυμητά Προσόντα:
Επιθυμητή εμπειρία με τον χώρο της φιλοξενίας (hospitality)
