Αρμοδιότητες:
• Eγκατάσταση, παραμετροποίηση και υποστήριξη συστημάτων Retail.
• Εκπαίδευση και καθοδήγηση πελατών και συνεργατών για την χρήση των εφαρμογών.
• Διαχείριση ερωτημάτων πελατών σχετικά με τη χρήση των εφαρμογών.
• Εκπαίδευση της ομάδας υποστήριξης και δημιουργία εκπαιδευτικού υλικού για τις υλοποιήσεις νέων έργων.
• Συμμετοχή σε ομαδικά project με τελικό στόχο την ακριβή και έγκαιρη παράδοση έργου.
Απαραίτητα Προσόντα:
• Απόφοιτος ΑΕΙ (Θετικής/Τεχνολογικής κατεύθυνσης) - ΤΕΙ Πληροφορικής.
• Προϋπηρεσία τουλάχιστον 2 έτη σε αντίστοιχη θέση.
• Άριστες επικοινωνιακές ικανότητες και ομαδικό πνεύμα.
• Προϋπηρεσία στο πεδίο του Retail θα θεωρηθεί επιπλέον προσόν.
• Γνώση SQL Scripting θα θεωρηθεί επιπλέον προσόν.
