What you'll do
- Collaborate with sales team to create customized proposals and solutions based on customer needs
- Support full sales cycle including product presentations, demos, and post-sale technical transition
- Analyze business and accounting requirements of customers
- Evaluate needs focusing on digital invoicing, integration, and compliance with public revenue authority and myDATA platform
- Support technical questions and resolve obstacles in solution adoption
- Provide consulting guidance for optimal use of company solutions
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve products based on customer feedback
Key requirements
- 3+ years' experience
- Presales, Solution Consulting, Technical Sales
- Accounting knowledge and business software digital solutions
- Customer needs analysis and simplifying technical concepts
- Communication skills, Presentation skills, Team collaboration
- English language, Microsoft Office
- Compliance with public revenue authority regulations and digital invoicing
- Economics / Accounting / Business Administration / Computer Science / Any Fieldpreferred
