What you'll do
- Collaborate with sales to create tailored proposals and solutions based on customer needs
- Support the full sales cycle, from product presentations and demonstrations through technical transition after closing
- Analyze customers’ business and accounting requirements
- Assess needs related to electronic invoicing, system integration, and AADE and myDATA compliance
- Address technical questions and remove barriers to solution adoption
- Provide consulting guidance for the optimal use of company solutions
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve products based on customer feedback
Key requirements
- 3+ years' experience
- Presales, solution consulting, and technical sales
- Accounting processes and digital business software solutions
- Customer needs analysis and practical solution consulting
- Product presentations and demonstrations, proposal development, and technical transition
- Electronic invoicing and AADE and myDATA compliance
- Technical concept simplification, MS Office, and English language
- Economics / Accounting / Business Administration / Computer Science / Any Field
