What you'll do
- Enter payroll data into the company’s digital systems
- Record all employees’ working hours
- Create work schedules for all staff
- Resolve employees’ payroll-related questions
- Address issues arising from discrepancies in employee payments promptly
- Complete necessary tasks to ensure staff are paid on time
Key requirements
- Payroll software, payroll processing and payroll deductions
- Data entry and Microsoft Office and computer skills
- Timekeeping and work scheduling
- English and labor law
- Accounting / Economics
