🟪Your Role
We are looking for an ERP Consultant to assist our clients in implementing, customizing, and optimizing the Microsoft D365 ERP system. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing full lifecycle implementations, understanding business requirements, and providing ongoing support post-deployment.
🟩Your Mission
• Implementation & Configuration: Lead the setup and configuration of Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) to meet client needs, including key modules like Finance, Operations, Sales, and Supply Chain.
• Business Process Optimization: Analyze business processes and provide recommendations for improving efficiency through D365 solutions.
• Training & Support: Deliver end-user training and provide post-implementation support to ensure clients get the most out of the system.
• System Enhancements: Assist in the ongoing maintenance, upgrades, and optimization of the D365 system.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with clients and internal teams to ensure smooth project delivery and alignment with business objectives.
🟨What You Offer
• Βachelor’s degree in computer science, Software Engineering, Economics, Business Administration or another related field.
• At least 3-5 years of experience of proven experience with ERP System.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
• Very good knowledge of English language.
🌟A great asset
• Prior experience in implementing Microsoft Dynamics D365 systems
• Knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power BI, Power Automate).
• Valid Microsoft certifications – advantage
