What you'll do
- Manage new client projects for smooth ScanHRMS application onboarding
- Configure ScanHRMS software to meet business client needs
- Provide training on functionality and optimal use of ScanHRMS
- Support clients on specific or individual issues on-site and remotely
- Participate in cross-functional teams for complex implementation projects
- Analyze needs and specifications and design implementation proposals for ScanHRMS
Key requirements
- 3+ years' experience
- Expertise in ScanHRMS payroll software and payroll management
- Knowledge of labor and insurance legislation
- English language proficiency in written and spoken communication
- Proficiency with MS Office suite
- Strong client communication and project management skills
- Skills in SQL, scripting, reporting tools, and basic information system architecture
- Economics / Accounting / Business Administration / Human Resourcespreferred

Η Epsilon Net, o μεγαλύτερος Όμιλος Business Software στην Ελλάδα, αναζητά HR & Payroll Software Consultant με εξειδίκευση αποκλειστικά στο λογισμικό μισθοδοσίας ScanHRMS για το τμήμα Υπηρεσιών & Υποστήριξης Εφαρμογών.
Αρμοδιότητες:
Διαχείριση νέων πελατών (Project Management) με στόχο την ομαλή ένταξή τους σε παραγωγική χρήση της εφαρμογής ScanHRMS.
Παραμετροποίηση του λογισμικού ScanHRMS σύμφωνα με τις επιχειρησιακές ανάγκες των πελατών.
Παροχή εκπαιδεύσεων σχετικά με τη λειτουργικότητα και τη βέλτιστη χρήση της εφαρμογής.
Υποστήριξη πελατών σε συγκεκριμένα ή μεμονωμένα θέματα (επιτόπου ή απομακρυσμένα – on-site / remote support).
Συμμετοχή σε cross-functional ομάδες (συμβούλων / προγραμματιστών) για τη διαχείριση σύνθετων έργων υλοποίησης.
Ανάλυση αναγκών και προδιαγραφών, καθώς και σχεδιασμός προτάσεων υλοποίησης στο περιβάλλον του ScanHRMS (gap analysis, customization κ.ά.).
Απαραίτητα Προσόντα:
Πτυχίο ΑΕΙ/ΤΕΙ Οικονομικών, Λογιστικής, Διοίκησης Επιχειρήσεων ή Ανθρώπινου Δυναμικού.
Τουλάχιστον 3 έτη προϋπηρεσία σε θέση σχετική με μισθοδοσία και εργατική νομοθεσία (ως Σύμβουλος ή σε τμήμα Ανθρωπίνων Πόρων/Οικονομική Διεύθυνση εταιρείας).
Απαραίτητη εμπειρία και γνώση του λογισμικού μισθοδοσίας ScanHRMS.
Άριστη γνώση Εργατικής & Ασφαλιστικής Νομοθεσίας.
Άριστη γνώση αγγλικής γλώσσας (ευχέρεια σε γραπτό & προφορικό λόγο).
Πολύ καλή γνώση MS Office suite.
Άριστες επικοινωνιακές δεξιότητες και εμπειρία στη διαχείριση πελατών και έργων.
Επιθυμητά Προσόντα:
Γνώση SQL ή και Scripting, βάσεων δεδομένων και reporting tools.
Kατανόηση βασικών αρχών αρχιτεκτονικής πληροφοριακών συστημάτων.
