What you'll do
- Provide second-level technical support for ERP systems and network integrations
- Troubleshoot and configure POS connections, mobile SFA apps, and B2B client networks
- Develop and maintain automation scripts using JavaScript
- Write and execute SQL queries for data reporting and analysis
- Support Business Intelligence reporting and assist in system and user acceptance testing (UAT)
- Collaborate with internal teams and clients to resolve escalated issues
Key requirements
- 2+ years' experience
- ERP systems support with focus on POS/EFT, mobile ERP connectivity, and B2B integrations
- JavaScript scripting and SQL for automation and reporting
- Business Intelligence reporting including Power BI
- System and User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
- Technical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Communication skills and ability to work independently
