What you'll do
- Translate business requirements into ERP functional and configuration requirements
- Analyze customer needs and identify improvement opportunities
- Liaise with R&D to develop custom solution components when required
- Support customers using Pylon ERP implementations
- Manage ERP configuration testing and documentation
- Design and architect business process solutions
- Create development specifications and work with customers to test modifications and resolve issues
- Ensure the completeness and quality of functional design
- Provide user training to customers
Key requirements
- 3+ years' experience
- ERP analysis & configuration: ERP functional requirements analysis, ERP configuration, Functional specifications
- Business solutions: Customer needs analysis, Business process solutions design and architecture, Functional design
- Implementation & quality: ERP implementation support, Software testing
- Customer enablement: Customer support, User training, Customer focus
- Communication: Technical communication, Presentation skills, Written and oral communication
- Language: English
- Computer Science / Economics / Financepreferred
