What you'll do
- Translate business requirements into ERP functional and configuration requirements
- Analyze customer needs and identify opportunities for improvement
- Collaborate with R&D for developing custom solution components
- Provide ongoing support for Pylon ERP software implementations
- Manage testing and documentation of ERP software configuration
- Perform customer needs analysis and participate in business process solutions design and architecture
- Compose development specifications and test modifications with customers to resolve issues
- Ensure completeness and quality of functional design
- Deliver user training to customers
Key requirements
- 3+ years' experience
- ERP software solution services with experience in Pylon ERP
- Business process analysis and functional/configuration requirements translation
- Testing and documentation skills for ERP software configuration
- Customer support with strong communication and presentation skills
- Technical to non-technical translation and training delivery abilities
- Attention to detail, self-direction, and English language proficiency
- Preferred knowledge of SQL and Javascript
- Computer Science / Economics / Financepreferred
