Your Role:
As a Business Analyst, you will play a key role in bridging the gap between business needs and technology. You will work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze business processes, and support the design and implementation of core banking and fintech solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Elicit, analyze, and document business requirements for financial and banking system features
Translate complex business needs into clear functional and technical specifications
Collaborate with stakeholders across departments (product, development, QA, operations)
Develop and present recommendations for process optimization and digital transformation initiatives
Perform gap analysis between current and future state banking systems
Support end-to-end testing, including UAT planning and execution
Design and maintain reports and dashboards to support strategic decisions (including KPIs and regulatory reporting)
Contribute to project planning, tracking, and team coordination
Troubleshoot, document findings, and assist in issue resolution across system functionalities
What You Bring:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Finance, or related field
Proven experience as a Business Analyst, preferably within fintech, banking, or enterprise software
Solid understanding of core banking operations, financial products, or payment systems
Strong analytical and data interpretation skills
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Proficient in English (written and verbal)
