Η Epsilon Net, o μεγαλύτερος Όμιλος Business Software στην Ελλάδα αναζητά για τη στελέχωση του τμήματος Λογιστηρίου, Accounting Assistant!
Αρμοδιότητες:
• Έλεγχος και καταχώρηση παραστατικών, εισπράξεων, πληρωμών, τιμολογίων και λογιστικών εγγραφών
• Έλεγχος και συμφωνία MYDATA
• Συμφωνία με πελάτες και προμηθευτές για ανεξόφλητα τιμολόγια
• Ενημέρωση διπλογραφικών βιβλίων
• Ενημέρωση και έλεγχος των καρτελών πελατών, προμηθευτών
• Προετοιμασία υποβολής δηλώσεων φόρων (Παρακρατούμενοι, ΦΠΑ, κλπ.)
• Εβδομαδιαίες αναφορές εσόδων-εξόδων
Απαραίτητα Προσόντα:
• Απόφοιτος ΑΕΙ ή ΤΕΙ Οικονομικής σχολής
• Προϋπηρεσία 0-2 έτη σε αντίστοιχη θέση σε λογιστήριο επιχείρησης ή ελεγκτική εταιρία
• Πολύ καλή γνώση αρχών Γενικής λογιστικής (ΕΛΠ)
• Καλή γνώση Excel & MS Office
• Άριστη γνώση της Αγγλικής γλώσσας
• Καλή γνώση ERP συστημάτων
• Άριστες οργανωτικές δεξιότητες και ομαδικό πνεύμα
• Ακρίβεια και προσοχή στην λεπτομέρεια
