What you'll do
- Greet guests and assist with check-in and check-out
- Maintain a positive attitude and friendly demeanor
- Respond to guest questions and requests
- Handle travel arrangements
- Manage queries and complaints via phone, email, and general correspondence
- Answer and forward phone calls
- Keep a tidy and orderly workspace
- Assist with administrative tasks
- Receive, sort, distribute, and dispatch daily mail
- Handle transcription, printing, and photocopying
- Maintain safety and hygiene standards in the reception area
- Handle walk-in guests and last minute reservations
Key requirements
- 2+ years' experience
- Fluent English and multilingual skills in German or French
- Written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with PMS and Microsoft Office
- Handling guest check-in and check-out and managing guest queries and complaints
- Administrative skills including handling phone calls, mail, transcription, printing, and photocopying
- Maintaining safety and hygiene standards

- Education on Tourism Services
- Two (2) years minimum experience in the same position
- Solid written and verbal communication skills
- Fluency in English & Preferably German or French
- Ability to maintain a positive, friendly attitude even under high pressure
- Excellent knowledge of PMS (preferably Alexandros)
& Microsoft Office
