Your main duties will be
Warmly greet guests and assist with smooth check-in and check-out processes
Maintain a positive and friendly demeanor at all times, even in busy moments
Respond promptly to guest questions and requests, ensuring satisfaction
Manage travel arrangements and resolve guest queries and complaints via phone, email, and correspondence
Answer and forward phone calls professionally
Keep the front desk area tidy, organized, and welcoming
Support administrative tasks including receiving, sorting, and dispatching mail
Handle transcription, printing, and photocopying duties
Maintain safety and hygiene standards in the reception area
Assist walk-in guests and manage last-minute reservations efficiently
Qualifications
Education in Tourism Services or related field
At least two (2) years of experience in a similar guest relations role
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Fluency in English; knowledge of German or French is highly desirable
Ability to remain friendly and composed under pressure
Proficient in Property Management Systems (PMS) and Microsoft Office
Professional appearance and demeanor
