What you'll do
- Generate and update various reservoir models integrating well and production data
- Manage fluids analysis (PVT) programs and incorporate results into subsurface work
- Update EoS model based on new fluid samples
- Model network constraints including SURF and FPSO
- Incorporate risks, uncertainties and upside potential into decision-making
- Provide input to reservoir development and management strategy
- Participate in well planning and data acquisition programs
- Lead well start-up procedures for new production wells
- Evaluate development scenarios, reserve profiles, and profitability
- Mentor and supervise the reservoir team and transfer knowledge
- Provide technical input to reserves reporting and corporate business processes
- Work in integrated teams for effective reservoir management
- Ensure timely fulfillment of regulatory subsurface requirements
Key requirements
- 20+ years' experience
- Reservoir Engineering principles and methods including material balance, PVT analysis, SCAL, well-test interpretation, well performance, production forecasting, integrated asset modelling
- Simulation software including TNavigator and Eclipse
- Reservoir modelling software such as Petrel RE, IPM Suite, CMG Suite, Saphir, OFM
- Fluid Characterization and advanced reservoir engineering practices
- Well performance and well test design
- Operational support for gas fields with condensate
- Strong project management and communication skills
- Petroleum Engineering / Engineering
