Enearth, a subsidiary of Energean, is seeking for an Administrative Assistant to serve as the first point of contact for visitors and callers, while providing administrative and clerical support to various departments.
The role is responsible for ensuring a professional and welcoming environment for visitors, while supporting day-to-day administrative activities and contributing to the smooth running of the office.

Key Accountabilities
Manage front desk operations, including greeting visitors, handling incoming calls, and directing inquiries appropriately
Maintain a professional, welcoming reception area and meeting room environment
Coordinate meeting room bookings, prepare meeting spaces, and support catering/refreshment arrangements when required
Handle incoming and outgoing mail, courier services, deliveries, and document distribution
Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, scanning, data entry, document preparation, and internal communications
Support travel arrangements, accommodation bookings, and expense reporting where applicable
Maintain office supplies inventory, place orders, and liaise with vendors and service providers
Provide general administrative support to management and internal teams upon request
Assist with onboarding activities (e.g., access cards, desk preparation, welcome materials)
Ensure compliance with internal policies, health & safety standards, and company guidelines.
Qualifications & Experience
2+ years of relevant experience in a corporate reception or administrative assistant role
Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field will be considered an asset
Excellent command of English (written and spoken)
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Familiarity with office equipment (e.g. telephone systems, printers)
Skills & Competencies
