What you'll do
- Lead and manage all Warehouse Operations ensuring compliance with policies, processes, SLAs, and KPIs
- Ensure smooth and timely execution of inbound, storage, order preparation, loading, dispatch, and inventory activities
- Ensure high inventory accuracy and optimal warehouse capacity and space utilization
- Lead and develop the Warehouse organization including workforce planning, shift organization, performance management, and training
- Define, monitor and improve Warehouse KPIs, productivity, service levels, and operating costs
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to increase productivity and optimize warehouse processes
- Collaborate closely with Production, Planning, Logistics, Customer Service, Purchasing, Quality, Maintenance, and Finance
- Ensure compliance with Health & Safety, Fire Protection and 5S requirements
- Manage the warehouse forklift and vehicle fleet ensuring safety and cost-effective utilization
- Identify opportunities for process standardization, digitalization, and automation across Warehouse Operations
Key requirements
- 5+ years' experience
- Warehouse Operations Management and Inventory Management
- Workforce Planning and Shift Organization with Performance Management
- Continuous Improvement and Process Standardization and Automation skills
- Health & Safety Compliance knowledge
- ERP/WMS Systems expertise, preferably SAP MM/WM
- Microsoft Office proficiency
- People Leadership and Stakeholder Management capabilities
- Analytical Skills and Problem-Solving Skills
- Communication Skills
- Engineering / Supply Chain Management / Logistics / Business Administrationpreferred

The Copper and Alloys Extrusion Division of ElvalHalcor is seeking a Warehouse Operations Manager to join our dynamic Warehouse team in our plant in Oinofyta Voiotia, Greece.
Role Description
Key Responsibilities:
•Lead and manage all Warehouse Operations, ensuring compliance with company policies, processes, SLAs and KPIs.
•Ensure the smooth and timely execution of inbound, storage, order preparation, loading, dispatch and inventory activities.
•Ensure high inventory accuracy, effective stock management and optimal warehouse capacity and space utilization.
•Lead and develop the Warehouse organization, including workforce planning, shift organization, performance management, training and development.
•Define, monitor and improve Warehouse KPIs, productivity, service levels and operating costs.
•Drive continuous improvement initiatives to increase productivity, reduce costs, improve service and optimize warehouse processes.
•Ensure close collaboration with Production, Planning, Logistics, Customer Service, Purchasing, Quality, Maintenance and Finance.
•Ensure full compliance with Health & Safety, Fire Protection and 5S requirements, promoting a strong safety culture.
•Manage the warehouse forklift and vehicle fleet, ensuring safety, availability and cost-effective utilization.
•Identify opportunities for process standardization, digitalization and automation across Warehouse Operations.
Requirements:
•University Degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration or a related field. Master Degree would be considered a plus.
•A minimum of 5 years’ hands-on Warehouse Operations experience, including at least 3 years in a management/supervisory role.
•Full professional proficiency in English. Second foreign language would be considered a plus.
•Strong analytical, problem-solving and continuous improvement skills.
•Excellent people leadership, communication and stakeholder-management skills.
•Strong ownership, accountability and results orientation.
•Knowledge of ERP/WMS systems, preferably SAP MM/WM.
•Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office
