is seeking a Telecom Design Engineer to join our Dynamic & Growing Team.
As a Telecom Design Engineer, you will be responsible for designing and developing telecom cable solutions tailored to customer specifications and industry standards. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure technical excellence, cost efficiency, and timely delivery of projects.
Responsibilities
Design telecom cable products (fiber optic and copper) based on customer requirements and applicable standards.
Prepare technical documentation, including drawings, specifications, and bill of materials.
Support the sales and tendering teams with technical input during proposal development.
Liaise with production and quality teams to ensure manufacturability and compliance.
Participate in R&D initiatives to improve product performance and expand the telecom portfolio.
Provide technical support to customers and resolve design-related issues.
Stay updated on industry trends, standards, and emerging technologies.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering.
2+ years of experience in telecom cable design or related engineering roles.
Strong knowledge of fiber optic and copper cable technologies.
Familiarity with international standards (e.g., IEC, ITU, ISO).
Proficiency in CAD software and technical documentation tools.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
Fluency in English (written and spoken).
