is seeking a Quality Health, Safety, Environment & Risk (QHSER) Engineer to to join our dynamic, and rapidly growing team.
A highly motivated Engineer with a well-rounded skillset, willing to play a key role in our multinational Projects by contributing to our Quality, Health, Safety, and Environmental (QHSE) and Risk Management strategies.
Responsibilities:
Development of Project QHSE-R documentation in line with Project Standards
Plan, organize and chair HSE Risk Assessment (HIRA) & Project Risk (Quality, Schedule, Cost) workshops
Plan, coordinate and conduct of QHSE audits and Project Lessons Learned (LL) workshops
Conduct Investigation and Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for Quality and HSE Incidents
Develop, monitor, and analyse Project QHSE KPIs
Appointed Health & Safety Engineer (via SEPENET) & HS Coordinator to Greek projects
Qualifications:
Holder of a University/Technical Institute diploma/degree in Electrical/Mechanical/Civil Engineering
Preferred, but not limited to, candidates of more than 2 years of work experience
Ability and willingness to learn new skills
Comfortable to work in multinational project teams
Demonstrates team-oriented spirit
Able to travel (80% Office – 20% Site)
Note: Junior-level candidates shall have a supporting role to a Senior Project QHSE Engineer
