Position Purpose
We are seeking a highly motivated Production Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring efficient manufacturing processes, supervising production personnel, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives.
Key Accountabilities
Ensure compliance with safety standards, industry regulations, and company policies
Monitor, analyze, and optimize production processes to ensure efficiency, quality, and safety
Develop and implement improvements to equipment, workflow, and production systems
Supervise, and coordinate production team, ensuring tasks are completed according to daily plans and operational priorities
Design, evaluate, and modify mechanical components or systems to improve production performance
Prepare technical documentation, process instructions, and equipment specifications
Troubleshoot mechanical issues on production lines and provide immediate technical support
Support installation, testing, commissioning, and validation of new production equipment
Track and report key performance indicators (KPIs) related to production efficiency and downtime
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Quality, Maintenance, R&D, Supply Chain) to support operational goals
Knowledge, Qualifications and Experience
Diploma in the field of Mechanical Engineering (5 years degree)
Experience in a production or manufacturing environment is preferred
Very good knowledge of English language & MS Office
Strong commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement
Strong understanding of mechanical systems, automation, and industrial equipment
Excellent problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills
