About the job
We are looking for a motivated Production Engineer with a continuous improvement mindset to join our Production team. You will ensure that the production process meets the technical specifications and KPIs.
Duties and responsibilities
Ensure compliance with health, safety, quality, and environmental regulations.
Contribute to production planning operations to meet production targets.
Monitor and optimizing process parameters.
Support troubleshooting in production issues and implement corrective actions to minimize downtime.
Monitor KPIs and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Maintain and update production documentation, including work instructions and SOPs.
Coordinate with maintenance teams to ensure equipment reliability and preventive maintenance.
Qualifications and Experience
Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Production Engineering
Master’s degree will be considered an asset
2-5 years of working experience in an industrial environment
Excellent communication skills in English and Greek
PC Literacy
Demonstrated communication skills and team collaboration abilities
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
