electrical/onic maintenance engineer (3448)

To support the Maintenance team by ensuring the safe, efficient, and reliable operation of electrical systems and equipment across the factory, contributing to continuous improvement and operational excellence.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on electrical systems and machinery.

• Diagnose and resolve electrical faults to minimize downtime.

• Support the installation and commissioning of new equipment.

• Collaborate with production and engineering teams to ensure smooth operations.

• Monitor energy consumption and propose efficiency improvements.

• Ensure compliance with electrical safety standards and internal procedures.

• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and technical documentation.

Qualifications

Mandatory

• Degree in Electrical Engineering.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in industrial maintenance.

• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, automation, and industrial controls.

• Experience with PLC programming and troubleshooting.

Skills

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Strong communication and leadership abilities to work cross-functionally.

• Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritise tasks effectively.
