digital transformation & business analysis manager

What you'll do
- Support and drive procurement-related digital transformation initiatives and system improvements
- Act as key user and functional expert for SAP MM and FI within the Procurement department
- Analyze procurement processes and identify opportunities for automation, optimization, and efficiency improvements
- Collaborate with IT teams and external partners on system enhancements, integrations, testing, and implementation projects
- Develop and maintain procurement dashboards, KPIs, and reporting tools
- Support data quality, master data governance, and reporting accuracy within procurement systems
- Participate in ERP upgrades, platform transitions, and procurement technology implementations
- Gather business requirements from procurement stakeholders and translate them into functional specifications
- Support change management and user adoption for new tools and processes
- Monitor compliance timelines, manage audit requests and maintain an organized evidence repository
- Explain procedures clearly to auditors and stakeholders, translating technical details into business terms
- Develop and deliver training on policies, procedures, and control responsibilities
- Monitor market trends and emerging technologies related to procurement analytics, AI, and automation
Key requirements
- Strong procurement process understanding and purchasing operations knowledge
- SAP MM and SAP FI system expertise
- Experience with reporting tools and data analysis
- Business analysis and process optimization skills
- Familiarity with ERP systems and system testing and implementation
- Automation initiatives, AI adaptation, and change management capabilities
- Master data governance and training delivery
- Stakeholder communication skills
- Business Administration / Computer Science / Supply Chain Management / Engineeringpreferred
