Key Accountabilities
Apply credit policies and ensure compliance with internal and external regulations
Manage Insurance Limit Requests and Credit Assessments for customers
Monitor open receivables and resolve payment issues
Communicate with customers to facilitate payments and provide updates on outstanding balances
Record incoming payments and issue credit/debit notes
Maintain and update customer master data
Reconcile balances and post offsetting entries
Analyze and present departmental KPIs
Monitor and process sales through Letters of Credit
Handle Factoring processes (assignments, settlements, reconciliations)
Knowledge, Qualifications and Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
1-2 years of experience in credit analysis, risk management, or financial analysis will be considered a plus
Strong understanding of credit risk assessment
Familiarity with credit insurance and risk mitigation strategies is a plus
Proficiency in ERP systems and financial software. Εxperience with SAP is preferred
Excellent command of MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration
Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
