We are seeking a Business Analyst to support the digital transformation of our Logistics Department. The role involves analyzing existing processes, designing optimized workflows, documenting procedures, and collaborating with Internal Audit to ensure compliance. Ideal candidates have a strong analytical mindset, problem-solving skills, and an interest in modern digital solutions for supply chain & logistics operations.
Key Accountabilities
Perform detailed documentation of all as‑is processes, including communication flows, hand‑off points, and data exchanges
Assist in shaping to‑be processes leveraging modern digital tools to optimize efficiency and accuracy
Highlight potential risks, communicate with Internal Audit, and monitor corrective actions
Participate in meetings with business stakeholders and IT teams to ensure alignment on project goals
Contribute to documentation, tracking of deliverables, and general support for digital transformation initiatives
Knowledge, Qualifications and Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Physics or a related field
Master's degree in Supply Chain Management or related field will be considered as a plus
Previous experience in business analysis, supply chain, logistics, or related areas
Excellent command of English language
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint)
Familiarity with process mapping tools (e.g., Visio)
Basic understanding of ERP systems and supply chain processes
Prior experience with Warehouse Management Systems (e.g., SAP eWM) will be considered as a plus
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
Good communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams
