As part of our Digital team you will manage, optimize, and evolve our company’s website, customer portal, and mobile applications, ensuring seamless, high-performing and engaging digital platforms that align with our business objectives.
Your day-to-day:
- Development & Maintenance: Oversee the development, upkeep, and continuous improvement of digital platforms.
- Performance & Functionality: Ensure stability, functionality and optimal performance, proactively address technical issues.
- Technical Updates & Enhancements: Oversees the implementation of necessary updates, security patches, and technological advancements to keep platforms up to date.
- UX & UI Optimization: Conduct research and usability testing to refine user experience (UX) and user interface (UI) design.
- Collaboration with Digital Marketing & Sales: Work closely with teams to enhance SEO, growth strategies, and content performance, driving customer acquisition and engagement.
What we are looking for:
- Experience: Solid experience in managing customer portals, websites, and mobile apps, preferably in the insurance or financial sector.
- Technical Expertise:
- Knowledge of UX/UI design, digital performance optimization, and platform management.
- Understanding of SEO, digital growth strategies, and customer journey optimization.
- Collaboration: Ability to work cross-functionally with marketing, IT, and business teams to enhance digital platforms.
- Analytical Mindset: Experience with platform analytics and a data-driven approach to continuous improvement.
